Shipping and delivery policy

BRIGHTSTREAM TECHNOLOGY LTD. provides advisory work, custom system development and digital content. **We do not sell physical goods.** This policy sets out how each type of service and content is delivered.

1. Free 30-minute diagnostic

• How it is delivered: online meeting (Google Meet)
• Scheduling: the website /book Pick a slot online, confirmed the moment you submit, no waiting
• Confirmation email: the meeting link and calendar invite are sent the moment the booking completes

2. Custom system development

• How it is delivered: delivered in the stages set out in the contract (usually design files, development environment, staging environment, then production launch)
• Code and assets: transferred to the client's account or environment after acceptance and final payment, as set out in the contract
• Timeline: varies with project scope, normally 6 weeks to 6 months; the specific schedule is set out in the SOW

3. Long-term advisory work

• How it is delivered: a fixed online meeting each month plus LINE and email access at any time; in-person meetings if the contract includes them
• Monthly report: monthly progress and recommendations, within 5 business days of month end

4. The Notes from Johnny Yang newsletter

Once subscribed you receive one email a week. The welcome email normally arrives within 24 hours. If it does not, check your spam folder or email us.

5. Physical goods

Brightstream does not currently sell physical goods. If we add any in future (books, event tickets), the shipping terms will be published separately.
